I ordered a Rhino Rack for a Forester 04 and the send me parts for a Ford Explorer, I contacted them@ 10 times and sent pictures, and has taking them 4 days to find out that the legs are backwards, they only fit one way, Forester 04 or Explorer but not both, finally a Manager treated me as DUMB because I was installing the legs backwards and I needed to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH, so I made a complaint but nobody from CARID has step forward to help me, Is this the way they do business? I do not know!

Monetary Loss: $290.
