Literally these people suck. I ordered a aftermarket bumper for my C63 AMG and a month later when they said it supposed to arrive I received an email questioning whether or not “I had a C63 or a regular c class” are you kidding.

If I order something for a specific vehicle, it should be for that vehicle. Then they weren’t contacting the manufacturer to correct it, they buffered on billing to them delaying it more and then would turn around and lie to me about shipping information and updates. Then when I would contact the manufacturer they would say “we haven’t heard from them in days etc.” well fast forward ANOTHER MONTH AND ITS THE WRONG PART AND DOESNT FIT CAUSE THE MANUFACTURER *** UP.

NONE OF THE MOUNTING POINTS ADD UP AND THEY ARE REFUSING FROM GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. HELLO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB, I hate CARiD with a passion.
