Carid - Worst customer service ever they suck
they lie about every thing.they said the manufacture was holding the reture but i talk to the manufacture and they said that carid never call them to set up a return.
this went on for two weeks and each time i call carid they would lie again. after getting the return lable with the help from the manufacture the part was returned. they said it would that 24 to 48 buisness houres to get my refund this means 3 days. It has been 6 days sence the return was received but i had to call to get them to check on it.
Now they want me to what 24 to 48 buisness which means 3 to 6 more days before they satrt the refund they have had my money for 7 weeks.the worst part is the person who sold the parts used fails information to make the sale that is all they care about.
