I have problem with the switch for the frog light ordered from CARiD.com . I opened and summit a video than I got an email saying my replacement getting ready to ship.

They will provide tracking when it ship.

I waited over 48hrs with no response so I called back . Another operator on the phone this time and said they working on to get the return label. And another 24-48hrs. I opened return on July 5 .

Today is July 16 so I called back and this time another operator said she had to call to get authorization for return label and another 24-48hrs. I refused and just talked to appear to be a supervisor name Thomas Joseph. And another promised to call me back in 2hrs.

This is worse place to order auto parts. So I hope they will lose lot of business.

If I order from eBay or amazon.

I get my replacement in next 2-4days. Say good bye to CARiD.com
