I have received emails from Carid, now regularly, updating the status of the order. There has still been two more delays, but both times, Carid has asked if I wanted a refund.

I have decided to try and stick it out but if it's not here by August 15 I will request a refund then. The problem Per Carid emails, seems to be that they have a supplier in California, that cannot either get the product or cannot get the materials to make the item, I will keep this site updated on the results results.

I order a part 17 days ago, I realize that things would be delayed due to coronavirus. When I called the customer service line, They could not even tell me if the part is ever been shipped, I use PayPal now I have to waste time and file for a refund.

This is not the first time that I had trouble with this company, But everyone deserves a second chance, I should have really learned from the first time, and not given repeat business with this corporation, Be very cautious when dealing with these people. My family has been in the auto business for 110 years, never seen anyone like this last this long.

User's recommendation: Be very cautious about doing business with this company.

Monetary Loss: $109.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

CARiD Pros: Online - pro - cons - very.

CARiD Cons: Very bad customer service.

I agree with your assessment and am in the same situation presently. Their customer service cant find the order, the frweight company has no record of the tracking number CARiD sent me and I cant get through on the phone unless I wait 40 minutes for someone to answer.
