Still playing cat and mouse with these people. Only response is they sent me the tracking number from the original order.

What part do they not understand. Each time I have to repeat myself.

I have been on the phone with CARiD at least 4 times in the past 3 weeks. I ordered and paid for over $3k in tires, wheels, and accessories.

As part of the accessories, I was supposed to receive 4 rim protectors (set of 4) at 139.96. Upon inspecting my shipment, I only received 3. Each call I made to CARiD the rep claimed that a rim protector has been ordered and is being shipped to me and I will receive an email and tracking number. I have not received jack sh*t.

So it looks I'm out of $39 not including shipping. I will be shopping for my parts elsewhere, there are definitely better places to buy Jeep parts with better customer service.
