I ordered front row and second row seat covers for a Chrysler Pacifica Limited with the entertainment system built in to the back of the driver and passenger seat. When we installed the items, two armrest covers were missing from the second row covers.

It very specifically was ordered for and it was verified by carid, that the second row seats had two armrests each. They were shipped with only one armrest cover for each seat. The front row covers were identified on line as fitting the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited with Uconnect second row entertainment system. The front row seat covers had no curt out to access the entertainment system with a 10.1 inch LCD entertainment accessories.

I contacted customer service. A Nina Jackson asked for photographs of the second row covers with the missing armrest covers. I provided them. I was then asked for my VIN#.

This request on their part was totally out of line. When I refused to give my VIN#, customer service completely ceased communication .

I didn't like: Customer service that could have easily solved the situation, Return of defective product, Agents find various excuses and never follow up, Horrific horrific horrific, No supervisor to voice complaints too.
