I've had three purchasing experiences with them. I wanted to leave feedback on a product, but in spite of the fact that they state a link will appear on one's purchase confirmation page to do just that, no such link exists.
Then, when I contacted them via chat, "Tammy" gave me a dead link and then never responded to my questions. So, I restarted the chat, and she sent me the same dead link again. Why is it so difficult? I sent an email but got nothing but fluff in return.
Btw, the product I received and wanted to review wasn't like all the similar ones on the market, and I wouldn't have purchased it if I could have seen a photograph of the back side of it; I wondered why they didn't show the back side of this product like 99% of other vendors do. Now I know why, but I can't warn anybody else because they make leaving feedback impossible.
