Purchase a set of rims, delayed twice and finally received after 4 months. When I took my car and the rims to an auto shop to install them, found out the wheel lug nuts furnished did not fit.
Had to pay for a mechanic to go to a local auto parts store to buy the correct lug nuts. Cost me over $ 100 extra.
When I called the company, they placed me on hold for over 9 minutes, only to tell me that I should have called them about the lug nuts so they could send out the correct ones. When I asked if I would be reimbursed to have my tires reinstalled on my old rims, they said, "No, the installation kits we send are free".
