Carid - Very nice, but completely inept

Three rounds of trying to get proper parts and the correct parts arrived...melted! They're nice and try to do anything to keep from having to refund money but they don't know the items they're selling. They up-sold me to LED conceding kits for my headlights but they didn't fit. I called the headlight manufacturer and they told me LED's void the warranty. That's the only way they would refund them.
