all together counting time tech trying to program defective product and parts no longer have i was out of over 380 dollars not including time and aggravation

they issued refund to that card after me asking for store credit one employee took it upon herself to issue refund instead of store credit .Even had another investigate thus issue and said the girl was at fault so he issued me store credit and I ordered 3 items I needed and then they took the extra out of my PayPal account so I guess I'm paying them for good job of screwing me out of my money.but was told tonight its not their problem uts mine.so if anyone finds out name of attorney i would love to chat with him. Or her and show them whose problem it actually is.... UPDATE after three supervisors approving my order and it twice getting canceled I finally got my parts

Wrong part.

This company is a joke. I purchased a coolant recovery tank for a 2005 Honda Accord and tried to return it for the correct part and they refused to give me a return shipping address. They also charged me $16.00 dollars for initial shipping, should only cost a little over $6.00. Don't waste your time with this irresponsible company!!!

Misinformed of delivery scheduling!

I was not told I needed to call a certain shipping company to setup delivery instructions. I am now out of a whole day of work because I scheduled installation for tomorrow because I was told the part would be here today.

Worst on-line company, ever!

CARiD - Worst on-line company, ever!
I bought a relay for my toyota. The listing said it was vehicle specific. When I received it, it was the wrong part. I called customer service who was rude and unhelpful and so I sent an email to the head of customer service who ignored me. I finally went through the site and asked for a refund. Out of the $49.00+ I paid, I received $17.00. They sent the WRONG PART. They kept insisting I was at fault. I would never recommend this incompetent company. They only know how to enrage customers.

User's recommendation: Don't use them! There are too many good auto parts internet stores to bother with them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

ORDERED BRAKE FITTINGS 3 WEEKS AGO, THE SENT WHEEL STUDS INSTEAD. THEY WANTED PICTURES, SENT THEM. THEY WANTED MORE PICTURES, I SENT THEM. I CALLED THEM 8 TIMES. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE. 3 WEEKS LATER THIS IS STILL GOING ON. CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY, THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR 3 WEEKS. I HAVE HAD IT. FILED DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.

Wrong part But advertised as fitting my vehicle

I ordered a Toyota 4-Runner rear window wiper motor, and after installation found that it doesn't have the same range of motion as my original. I called to return it and was told that since I installed it in the vehicle and removed the motor it is not returnable. I was told that the CarID return policy clearly states this. CarID also told me that the website has an OE number shown for their motor and it is was my fault for not knowing my motor was different. I cannot return the motor for a refund.

CARiD - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
They will give you a runaround for weeks when you contact them for an exchange or refund. Was asked to submit pictures which I did and was never contacted back. Called them on the phone multiple times only to be blown off saying they are working with the manufacturer. This company is a 3rd party only and doesn't keep anything in stock, everything is shipped from the items manufacturer not from CarID.
