Carid - A total disappointment

]purchased 2 rocker panels for a 1963 chevy ss. Upon arrival 1 rocker panel found heavily damaged. They have jerked me around for 2 weeks without picking up damaged part. Submitted photos imedietly to assist- still waiting. Ordering went very well- return policy very poor!! I will file a complaint with the BBB and any & all other consumer agencies.
