My first experience with them is currently still ongoing. I received the two racing seats that I ordered from Cipher through car ID.
I have the seats now, they arrived about five days after I placed the order, however, I ordered the brackets prior to that on 4/30/21 because I knew they needed a two-week lead time to get them manufactured and shipped out. 10 DAYS AFTER I placed the order for the brackets, I received an email requesting that I take pictures of my truck, pictures of the interior, measure the distance between bolt holes where the brackets mount, Etc.. they are supposed to have that information already via a database or other source aren't they? Otherwise, why do they ask your vehicle make, year, trim package, etc...
If that doesn't tell them what they need to know when your order is initially placed?
