This has been the worst online order experience i have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allan...such a sweet talker...but lots of lies and then "poof" disappears when you have a problem.

my first order (2) door skins...came late...only (1) door skin, and the skin had a scratch from one side all the way across to the other. I could not get Allan to reply back, so I demanded a manager...ol' Vincent...

no better. they could never track down the other door skin.. told me the scratch would be no big deal for a body shop...and then had the nerve to tell me that it was not their responsibility to contact the manufacturer.. but suggested that i do.

WTF?????

when I demanded a refund, they told me I would have to contact customer support.

I contacted American Express instead and filed a dispute.

my second order of interior door covers never showed up either.

HORRIBLE COMPANY.... PLEASE TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Monetary Loss: $425.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
