I had an item that was supposed to ship within 24hrs. One week later, it still had not shipped.
After repeated chats with the customer service reps, getting the same canned responses, I finally went to Facebook. Hated to do that, but that's the only way my order got fulfilled. At one point the reps did not appreciate me contacting them (once daily) to check on my order, and started to become rude. I will not buy from them again.
BTW, it seems they do not have a guarantee if an item does not 'ship within 24 hours'. Although for my troubles, I get 10% off my order.
