I purchased seat covers for my truck. It took 3-4 weeks to get it.

I installed all the seat covers except the center piece it was the wrong piece. I contacted carid and exchanged weeks of emails until they admitted they send the wrong item. I spend at least 2 hours installing the seat covers and just assumed they would send the right piece. After having them in my truck for several weeks they said they cant just replace the one piece i have to send everything back.

Is that crazy. Why should i spend more time deinstalling the covers and shipping back.

I would be happy just to send the wrong piece back and wait for the correct piece. But their policy is crazy.
