I ordered some Arnott air shocks and paid $346.00 for 2 I only got 1 the tracking # for both shocks were the same but the box the arrived in was to small to hold 2 shocks, I contacted them and was told that it was arnotts mistake I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hrs, I asked them to send me a shipping label to return the product for a refund and was told they don't do refunds, I have never had to deal with such ignorant people.I called Arnott and asked to speak to someone in logistics and it was even worse they claim they could not see the orders from car ID and there was no supervisor or manager that I could speak to and she was working from her home she claimed she would E mail some one and they would contact me it was a lie.These people don't give a *** about customers once they get your money you are screwed I would never do business with these companies and recommend you not to bother with them, their customer service is horrible and they should be shut down

User's recommendation: Don't buy from these people you will get screwed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Carid Shipping Service.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Pay me for my lost wages or a full refund plus the product at no cost, this has been the worst experience from any auto parts company and I will never order from you or refer my friends to your company I lost a days pay and you cant replace the time I was.

CARiD Cons: There is no pros, Bad experience i have had with them so far ridiculous, Entire experience.

Got me for 105.00 but never again. I hope noone uses them they are cons for sure and send you wrong parts and blames otherd for it and wants proof pics which they got and said they did not get them but got everything else i sent . no more


These people should be sued! They advertise "EASY REFUNDS, REFUNDS or RETURNS...

The fact that they then tell you they do not do refunds is false advertising! They Screwed Me Too!

Get the word out.... CARid are thieves and they will screw you!
