CARiD - Garbage Alternator and lots of deception
Bought a rebuilt garbage alternator from Carid.com The nightmare begins!!! Its a real winner!!!
It charges great when it charges, but then it decides at random to not charge... And its only been 1 week, so i still have the core, the first lie is the box did not have the return stuff to UPS to return core, hey but thats the small problem... I just want to send back the junker Alternator for a refund, the trilogy of lies begin here, they keep telling me they will send a link to my email and they want pictures and videos of a none working alternator in action!!! I sent printout receipt from advanced Auto parts testing the Alternator..
but they don't have it, So ill send again, except they will never send the link for you to send it to... Thats loser customer care on steroids... they just keep on lying... ask for a refund and you will spend ridiculous hours battling the the deception...
Bought August 27 - now September 25th and still the deception goes on...
And no resolution... Yea it was a great deal for them!!!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $130.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
CARiD Pros: Few other parts i bought, Had part in stock.
CARiD Cons: Rebuilt alternator, Required to have a mechanics diagnosis, Piss poor customer service.
