Omg i can mt explain to you guys how this company cares less about their customers not only that they dont care they lie and take your money i put a order in for custom rims set not only was i told they would be done by the end of the mo i called on the date that was given and they havent started on them. I made this order in June it is now the beginning of September still no update no tracking number no arrival date and check this out i even talk to a supervisor Erica she confirmed my wheels would be done last week and of coursed they closed in moday its labor day but here it is TUESDAY and ive been told ALL DAY NO SUPERVISOR TODAY!!!!!!!!!!
NOT ONLY WAS I LIED TO THEY TRANSFER ME OVER AND OVER TO DEPARTMENTS THAT YET LATER ON EXPLAIN THAT THEIR WAS A SUPERVISOR ON CALL.
WHEN I FINALLY GET TRANSFERED THE SUPERVISOR HAVE NO INFO CANT HELP ME BECAUSE NOW SHE SAYS AT 3:30 PM THEIR CLOSED. SMH I SPENT ALMOST 2000 DOLLARS AND.NO ONE SEEMS TO HELP ANSWER QUESTIONS AT ALL EVERYONE SEEMS TO LIE LIE AND LIE AND EVEN WHEN YOU CATCH EM IN THIER LIES THEY TRANSFER TO A DEPARTMENT THAT CANT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR ACCOUNT I JUST WANT MY CAR BACK II DONT EVEN WANT CUSTOM RIM ANY MORE IM GOOD CARID YOUR HORRIBLE AND THEY TRIED NOTHING TO HELP I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE REFER OR RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE
