WE PURCHASED HEADLIGHTS FROM THIS COMPANY.THE HEADLIGHTS WERE DEFECTIVE.

CONTACTED CARID. SPOKE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES BEFORE THEY FINALLY DECIDED WE HAD TO RETURN THEM. THEY HAVE NEVER SENT RETURN MATERIAL. SENT SEVERAL EMAILS.

WAS ADVISED RETURN LABEL WAS BEING SENT. IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS. STILL NO RETURN MATERIAL. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.

THEY EVEN WENT TO THE EXTREME OF WANTING US TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE TRUCK.

WHEN WE SENT A PICTURE THEY SAID WE NEEDED TO TAKE ANOTHER PICTURE WITH THE LIGHTS ON AS THEY COULD NOT TELL IF THEY HAD BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY.WELL IF THE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE WHAT SINCE DOES IT MAKE TO SEND A PICTURE.
