Was contacted by a CarID representative who was very helpful and refunded me my money. Glad we were able to work things out.

Bought headlights on their site in the winter (December), looked them over to make sure they physically looked ok and they did. Wanted to wait until winter was over (which is in April here in the UP of MI) to have them installed.

Took them to a shop, who told me not only was the inside glass of the lights were broken, but that the wiring was all messed up and there was no way anyone would be able to attach light bulbs or install them in the car with that wiring.

Called CarID to see about returning them or getting some sort of money back and they told me that there is absolutely nothing they can do and that it's "too bad I didn't know they were broken awhile back." First time buyer for CarID and the last time. So disappointed and upset with the AWFUL customer service they have.
