Purchased wheel and tires based on their drop down menu / website. When the wheels and tires arrived, they were too wide, I spoke with customer service; was told no refunds or exchanges possible.

Their website states: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

more details on - https://www.carid.com/help-center/product-return.html However, if you actually request an RMA / refund or exchange they will tell you that all items are 'Non-Returnable'. I had to file a dispute with my banking institution.

CARiD did the same thing to me it said the Springs match my car and there are not right. They were Moog so they weren't cheap but that's not what it's about when I had the shocks all tore apart.

That's when you find out.

Is going to compensate me for the time that I put into it. I absolutely hate CARiD.
