purchased what was advertised as identical to the factory part.What came was a cheap thin flimsy piece of junk.
Carid clearly states easy no hassle returns. This is a lie. They required proof that there was something wrong with photos and documentation. Didn't understand that photos would show nothing, prove nothing.I asked for a supervisor and the customer agent got snotty and actually hung up on me.
Unbelievable! THis was after the initial agent promised to send a return label immediately, no problem. I guess he lied also. I have been back and forth no less than 7 times at this point both in emails and direct phone conversations.
I then tried to cancel another order that has not arrived because this product is the same inferior quality manufacture and I want factory. This order has been held up at UPS due to damage so they tell me, yet, Carid won't take it back. I have filed a complaint with NJ Attorney General and the BBB.
I also turned the dispute over to the credit card company.Stay away from this company, you will get nothing but a long lasting headache.
