CARID sent me $200.00 headlights that I ordered for Christmas all shattered, - no packaging in the box. I contacted them and they replaced them only after they got the shattered ones back and the replacement was sent out not in time for Christmas but the worst part was they sent the wrong item.
I contacted them again and they promised to send the correct items out immediately... 8 days later they contacted me on January 3rd to tell me it would be 56 days exactly (after February 28Th) before they could send them... how did I want to proceed. What a complete joke.
It never mattered how upset I was or who I contacted and who I spoke to. I will never ever order from them again and I will make sure everyone I know hears what a complete scam they are.
