Carid - Con artist

Placed an order Sunday night and realized it had issues. I immediately sent them an email along with following up first thing Monday morning with a phone call. This order was less than 24 hours old and they are closed on Sundays so it was a phone bank that took my order. I explained that the order had issues and I wanted to make sure of the fitment. After being treated so poorly after spending $4,000 I decided to just cancel the order. The rep informs me that there's a restocking fee. This place is a business that I've worked with in the past but after seeing how they handled this situation they have lost a customer for life.

Carid - Horrible Experience

I had purchased a new hood $500+, when I received it, they had not wrapped the hood before packaging it. The card board holders scratched and dented the hood. I sent in photos of the damage, It took over a week of going back and forth with this company regarding the issue just for them to say that the damages were too small to accept a claim and that they would not be doing ANYTHING to help.
