Purchased seat covers for 2010 Toyota Tacoma which started to fall apart/unravel at the seams in less than 1 month. Have been waiting two weeks for Return Authorization with no response other than they have not received a reply back from the manufacturer. To further exacerbate the situation, if and when I do receive the RA, there are only two options. One, return the existing defective seat cover and wait for an eventual return. Two, pay an additional amount to keep the existing defective cover until the replacement arrives, and wait for refund when the defective cover has been received. Don't really like either option.

DONT DEAL WITH CARID I purchased auto vent shades part# 194675 and installed as per mfg. instructions. when rolling up windows they binded and one visor broke. I removed all four as two others were binding as well. I filed a claim to have them replaced and received an email stating they needed a video of them installed on vehicle. THEY WERE REMOVED SO I COULD SECURE VEHICLE!! I called and was told that I am out of luck. This will definitely be my last order with this RIPOFF COMPANY!! order #31490704

Purchased 4 tires, after 2 months, one tire developed a bulge on the side. Filed a claim and was told to send pics and they would respond within 72 hours. One week later, after calling, I spoke to a CS rep. He could not help but referred me to an 800 number. That number was for an addiction hotline. Called back the next day and was told my claim was lost. After numerous emails, I was told that since the tire was already installed and not new, they denied my claim. How stupid. Unless your tires remain in the box, don't expect any service. Typical corporate greed. Avoid this company and buy local. You'll be glad you did.

Buyer beware. I purchased Brake Calipers from Carid and they requested a core deposit. I'm waiting two months for the return of my deposit and Carid says they can't help me , i need to contact Power stop for my depost. Power stop doesn't answer their phone and I cant leave a message.
