Carid - Shipped wrong wheel

Got 4 wheels from carid. And they sent the 3 wheels that fit. And the 4th was a different lug pattern. And there customer service department was rude and wouldn't help. And said oh well your are stuck with the wheel. They told me i should have looked at them first. Terrible company and I will never go through them again

Carid - Poor customer service

Purchased some Konig wheels. Found for a cheaper price at a local store. I just wanted to return the wheels back to CARiD. I called and they told me that I would have to wait for return labels. I told her that I was going to refuse delivery and she threatened me with me with n addition $100 that I wouldn’t get back on top of the return postage and “restocking fee”. I only got back 67% of what I originally paid. I called back and she told me that I would have to wait for return labels. Something about she couldn’t help me anymore. What a joke. Don’t buy unless you are positive it is why you want. Such a hassle!!!!

I purchased a third brake light for my Silverado on the 18th of March, shipping was fast but when I received my light I installed and the first 2 hours there condinsation threw out entire light, this product was $308 dollars and they asked for pics which I sent 8 of them, and no call back no response from 3 different people I have talk to. They said they have been in contact with manufacturer, so I called the manufacturer and stated my problem and they said no one had called them about this issue. Absolutely horrible customer service and can barley understand them. Horrible place to order any products. Think twice before u deal with these people and carid. Com. I’m a very honest man and mind u most 3rd brake lights cost about $100 bucks. I thought for sure spending what I spent the product would be good.

Carid - Sold me the wrong parts, won't refund $771 spent on labor for their error

I trusted CARiD to help me select the correct struts for my wife's Cadillac Escalade. The first set they sold me, that the advisor said would fit, did not fit at all. In fact, the representative from Arnott couldn't believe they sold me the the Arnott 2835 system for my truck. Thanks to Arnott's great customer service, CARiD allowed me to send the bad set back, and order a new set. But they would not refund the $770 I spent on having the wrong set installed. So their poor advice cost me nearly $1,000. Trust me, spend your money with a company that knows what it's doing and truly believes in customer service. Avoid CARiD at all costs!
