They sent me a partial order and claimed I got all parts. I sent them pictures and they claimed I still got all parts.

I contacted them. They put me on hold to contact Westin about the parts. They came back on the line and said Westin had sent all parts ordered. I called Westin personally and Westin told me they had not sent that part because they had not made the part in almost 2 years.

I called carid back and was told "Oh yeah, we didn't order that part from Westin. We ordered that from someone else, but Im not allowed to tell you who it was." Total BS.
