I purchased a Grillcraft grill from CarID through their ebay posting which had it specifically listed as CHROME.The item arrived on time and well packaged so no complaint there but when i open it to see the grill its not chrome, its painted silver.

I tried reaching out to CarID to have the correct part mailed out and that's when the issue began. CarID seemed eager to fix the issue but the only solution was to charge me an extra 250.00 to send me what i had originally ordered. Their excuse was that posting was has misrepresented but all i heard was bait and switch tactic to get me to pay more. Looking through their ebay page i don't understand why ebay allows them to sell through their website after countless of complaints of this shady practice.

It isn't fair and no customer should have to deal with this kind of frustration for a mistake they made.I purchased what i wanted at the price they had the item up for and all i wanted was to get my order fulfilled.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Fraud.
