I did not do my research and ordered from CarID. I had ordered from them before and even though their tracking was lousy I got the parts by the time I needed them.
This time parts were indicated in stock and available to ship the next day.
Some of the parts shipped in two days and the other parts two days after that. I contacted customer service on several occasions and they could not provide accurate updates as to when the parts would ship or how. Finally ordered from a different site and got those parts before I got anything from CarID.
Trying to return the parts, I find that I can't request it online and have to call customer service. I spend 15 minutes on hold the first call and the system (giving their customer service the benefit of the doubt) and then spend another ten minutes hold and try to see if I can return them via chat.
It seems to be working but this return experience has cost me 40 minutes.
At least I had the time to write this review so others can avoid the same experience.
Bottom line, online is bad, customer service is worse. Avoid if possible.
User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else.
