CARiD - Bad customer service
First off, I bought an intake that they said was "CARB" legal only to find out a day or two later that it cant be shipped to my address because guess what...it wasn't legal in California. They then say oops, we will change that and asked if I'd like to cancel the order, yup.
Of course, they say this will take 24-48 hours and it has gone over that time. I contacted them again about the refund for my order only to be told I need to wait another 24 hours for someone to give me "details". Wtf!
I want the refund not "details", they sure we're happy and quick to take the money but once it comes time to refund, the process becomes slow as molasses. I'm still waiting for the refund.
