Terrible service
Horrible Experience...avoid CarId.com and the aggravation.
Horribly pathetic incompetent and dishonest Customer Service. I placed 5 orders for the same item and finally received it after weeks of unnecessary delays.
These useless boneheads and mindless *** at CarID Customer Service can’t seem to comprehend that shipping by FedEx to a UPS Will Call Customer Center is not the way to get a shipment delivered. After several phone calls and emails advising these useless idiots that it must be shipped by UPS and only by UPS to get it to the UPS Customer Center, they finally shipped it with a proper address. I have given up on this fraudulent business and will never again place another order with CarID. They can keep their worthless gift certificates and please never ever again contact me.
Avoid this operation, it is a scam! Better to use Ebay, more reliable and they always ship where it needs to be.

Horrible they don't care for health issues.
They told me that a full refund will be issued once I ship it back through UPS Today July 12,2018 but at least they should consider a Person with health problems as well walking under the sun and the UV RAYS HITTING her while walking then she gets dizzy and confused her ankles and foots are swollen we don't have another car to get around AND A BIKE IT IS NOT AN OPTION FOR HER ETHER. All wee want is to let everyone know how this place treats the costumers after they get paid for the wrong part and sometimes even faulty.
We bought the radiator for $207.79 thinking that was the total price for it and shipping was supposed to be free..
NOTHING BUT BIG LIES from them and we were also told that the radiator was made in USA WRONG IT WAS MADE IN THAILAND.. They are very Dishonest Never Trust a company that LIES THEY SHOULD NEVER BE IN BUSINESS AGAIN.
I am going to send the radiator back through UPS.

bought seat covers that don't fit. Carid did not want t o return them.
after many calls emails and pictures movies they agreed to less shipping and return the rest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!! They prey on buyers who just give up. they are from Mexico, they don't care about our laws.
Buyer beware.... If you have been ripped off, file a dispute with your credit card company immediately. Do not use pay pal ever. Pay pal can block your dispute and protect the merchant.
Always use your credit card without a payment service. Demand a return or you will call the police and the federal FTC.
Carid will back down if you pursue them. ask to speak with a supervisor right away...

Poor Return
I bought some calipers for a 1998 Jeep. Before I opened them I determined that I did not have the items for the core return. Below are their exact instructions.
4. Locate the plastic packing slip envelope that was included with your product.
5. Print the prepaid shipping label (sent to you via e-mail) and insert it into the plastic packing envelope.
I did not get the envelope or the email for the core return.....as per their documents on the web.
So before I installed them I called CarID and inquired about the items..... since it was Sunday, I was told to called back Monday. So I installed the calipers on Sunday. When I called on Monday asking about the return process, I was told I had to wait 3 days for the form. PROBLEM: I performed the repairs in Chicago and live in Colorado. I would not be here when these electronic forms showed up......Learned my lesson, threw the calipers in the trash and wrote CARID off as a responsible vendor......
