Ordered a part 2nd day air. Next day notice wasnt coming on time called and they said an error occures at there end. 2nd request was a next day air by supervisor same thing happened again update showing additional 2days. Called 3rd time supervisor said will go ahead with a Saturday delivery and again showing Monday delivery. Ruined my xmas plans and gift

Horribly pathetic incompetent and dishonest Customer Service. I placed 5 orders for the same item and finally received it after weeks of unnecessary delays.

These useless boneheads and mindless *** at CarID Customer Service can’t seem to comprehend that shipping by FedEx to a UPS Will Call Customer Center is not the way to get a shipment delivered. After several phone calls and emails advising these useless idiots that it must be shipped by UPS and only by UPS to get it to the UPS Customer Center, they finally shipped it with a proper address. I have given up on this fraudulent business and will never again place another order with CarID. They can keep their worthless gift certificates and please never ever again contact me.

Avoid this operation, it is a scam! Better to use Ebay, more reliable and they always ship where it needs to be.

The WORST customer service. Went with company after they advertised free shipping. Saw they offered Military discount so I called and was verified and approved. Didn't realize until later that they gave me the discount but took away free shipping. Wasn't much more so I didn't make a deal of it. Ordered tail lights. It rained a week after install and they filled with water. Contacted Car ID to see if I could get money back and return items. Would not do a refund. Not their policy. They will only replace with same (defective) product. Will only send replacements after they send me return label, send back old lights, and then review my account. More than a week later and still no return label. Call and they are still "processing" label. Called again and demanded refund. They finally agreed, but will only issue refund after they receive old tail lights. Still "processing" return label. Return label "should be done in another 24 to 48 hours". The same label I have been waiting on for more than a week. It states on website main page "Easy Returns". That's a joke.

Ordered a product yesterday that said if i ordered before the timer expired I’d have it shipped the same day. This was a lie. It still hasn’t shipped and it’s the next day. Customer service was awful. They tax shipping cost which is illegal come to find out. And of course they still have not gotten back to me or done anything to rectify the issue. Buyer beware. I’ll purchase elsewhere from here out and I’d advise any potential customer to do the same as well

3 out of 4 wheels came in damaged , was told that I could pay for more wheels & have them shipped out right away , send damaged wheels back & after a 7-10 process new wheels would be shipped out , or I could send pictures of the damage & I could possibly get compensated to keep /use the damaged wheels. never heard anything after a week of sending pics so I called & was told they didn't get the pics resent pics after more days I called back & was told that they couldn't compensate me & I would have to send the damaged wheels back. I wasn't happy because I was over two weeks into the process & still didn't have wheels I spoke to zoe who said she would put a "hold" on my credit card , shipout the wheels immediately , & the hold would be released as soon as ups picked up the damaged wheels. now im 3 weeks in & have 2 charges on my credit card & no wheels ! ups picked up the wheels 4 days ago . they will not let us talk to a supervisor /manager & everyone we talk to has a heavy accent & we cannot understand them . I could have have purchased the wheels locally for $20 more , I will never deal with carid again !

They told me that a full refund will be issued once I ship it back through UPS Today July 12,2018 but at least they should consider a Person with health problems as well walking under the sun and the UV RAYS HITTING her while walking then she gets dizzy and confused her ankles and foots are swollen we don't have another car to get around AND A BIKE IT IS NOT AN OPTION FOR HER ETHER. All wee want is to let everyone know how this place treats the costumers after they get paid for the wrong part and sometimes even faulty.

We bought the radiator for $207.79 thinking that was the total price for it and shipping was supposed to be free..

NOTHING BUT BIG LIES from them and we were also told that the radiator was made in USA WRONG IT WAS MADE IN THAILAND.. They are very Dishonest Never Trust a company that LIES THEY SHOULD NEVER BE IN BUSINESS AGAIN.

First of all we ordered a radiator for my car 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham on June 29,2018 OK we were waiting for Fed-ex to deliver it to us on July 3,2018 we never received it on that day we had to wait to finally receive it on July 5,2018 and after we received it and tried to install it on my car with the mechanic surprise it didn't fit at all we even tried to find adapters for it an none worked now we have to ship it out with the shipping label they sent through email this time ups has to come pick it up they offered us a replacement and we told them that we want our full refund instead now we are waiting for an outcome on this.. Mean while my wife has being walking under the sun with the uv rays hitting her day by day nothing is being resolved and now I had to involve BBB FOR THIS.. They don't care about no ones health my wife is asthmatic and she went from 8 hours down to 4 or less hours taking her meds and she is not often confused and dizzy from the harmful rays of the sun her ankles and feets are swollen AND THEY LOOK LIKE MELLONS.. and she's hurting .. This has been the worst night mare we have ever gone through with CARID PLEASE BE ADVISED NEVER BUY FROM THEM WE KNOW THAT WE WON'T..They need to shut down the business once and for all because sending the wrong items a stealing your money that is what they do most THEY ARE LIARS THEY SAID THE THE SHIPPING WILL BE FREE AT NO COST WRONG SHIPPING ALSO COST US.. They said that the radiator was made in USA and when we received it surprise it is made in Thailand not USA As this guy name Victor the liar stated to us. BAD COMPANY

This company is a big rip off. They send you defective product, will not exchange or refund. I bought LED lights from them, both lights had problems on high beam. One didn't work and the other had a spot in the center. Contacted them and they wanted to know if they were still in resell-able condition, I said sure but they don't work right. That tells me that if they do take a return they just repackage them and send them out to the next person that buys from them. They also asked for a pic or video and I told them I didn't have one and was not going to reinstall them just to take a picture or a video of them. There reply to that was that they have to have on for the manufacture. So I am just out $179.00 for something that won't work. I am going to report them to the BBB, and the state attorney Generals office for fraud.

bought seat covers that don't fit. Carid did not want t o return them.

after many calls emails and pictures movies they agreed to less shipping and return the rest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!! They prey on buyers who just give up. they are from Mexico, they don't care about our laws.

Buyer beware.... If you have been ripped off, file a dispute with your credit card company immediately. Do not use pay pal ever. Pay pal can block your dispute and protect the merchant.

Always use your credit card without a payment service. Demand a return or you will call the police and the federal FTC.

Carid will back down if you pursue them. ask to speak with a supervisor right away...

My $860 order was delivered to one of my old addresses they had on file, I called and emailed CariD 2 minutes after submitting the order to have them correct it in their system. Friendly representative assured me the package would come to the corrected address I gave them. A few days pass, I get a notification the package was delivered to the wrong address! I immediately put a request to reroute the package with CarID and of course they confirm it to be done and my package would arrive in a day or two. Package never arrives, I call back, then customer service acts like it’s my fault! Unreal!! Despite the proof that the package was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address, they refuse to take responsibility! Every time I email or call, nothing ever gets done. I ordered my tires more than a month and a half ago, still no tires and they still refuse to issue a refund or cancel the order!! I have never experienced a business that is so irresponsible in their distribution practice. Also their customer service department is a joke! Incompetency at it’s best. This will be the last time I will ever give this company my business.

Poor Return

I bought some calipers for a 1998 Jeep. Before I opened them I determined that I did not have the items for the core return. Below are their exact instructions.

4. Locate the plastic packing slip envelope that was included with your product.

5. Print the prepaid shipping label (sent to you via e-mail) and insert it into the plastic packing envelope.

I did not get the envelope or the email for the core return.....as per their documents on the web.

So before I installed them I called CarID and inquired about the items..... since it was Sunday, I was told to called back Monday. So I installed the calipers on Sunday. When I called on Monday asking about the return process, I was told I had to wait 3 days for the form. PROBLEM: I performed the repairs in Chicago and live in Colorado. I would not be here when these electronic forms showed up......Learned my lesson, threw the calipers in the trash and wrote CARID off as a responsible vendor......

I called in to order nerf bars for my truck. I paid with my credir card. They told me item would ship in 4 to 7 days. About 12 days later they call me and tell me it will be 6 to 8 weeks! THEY LIED WHEN THEY TOLD ME ITEM WAS IN STOCK. Now i am fighting with them to get my money back after canceling the order and getting a cancellation confirmation from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

I ordered headlights and they sent the wrong ones they said they would send the correct ones a month later I called and they told me they wouldn't be back in stock for another month. Total waste of time and I got tickets for having a light out. After telling customer service they told me they couldn't do anything about it so I requested a refund and will never buy from them again.

They sent me a partial order and claimed I got all parts. I sent them pictures and they claimed I still got all parts. I contacted them. They put me on hold to contact Westin about the parts. They came back on the line and said Westin had sent all parts ordered. I called Westin personally and Westin told me they had not sent that part because they had not made the part in almost 2 years. I called carid back and was told "Oh yeah, we didn't order that part from Westin. We ordered that from someone else, but Im not allowed to tell you who it was." Total BS.

Dishonest Company

Ordered small part. Website said dozens in stock. Received notice item would be back ordered with option to cancel order. I proceeded with order, ETA 2 months. Estimated date came and went, no item, no contact. During 2 months waiting, checked website again and again, item still in stock! Called company - no information, manufacturer closed for the day. I pointed out that site says its in stock. No matter - no information, would you like store credit? *** no. Full refund. This is a dishonest company, dishonest site practices, doesn't like to give product, dosn't like to refund money.
