Some Ive never complained about customer service before...
I called to see if it was normal. Some foreign customer service lady answers and was extremely rude demanding the mirrors “product number” and insisted she couldn’t help me without it. I informed her the mirror had no product number besides what was on the receipt from ordering. The lady continued to grow upset and stated I was not understanding her and that I needed to call Toyota (my vehicle maker) in order for further assistance.
What? This was so confusing as I brought the product from Carid.
So I get off the phone with this miserable woman and call again and finally speak with someone who assisted me properly. As I regular customer of carid this was very disappointing and makes me consider not buying product from them again if they have reps like this working for them.

I have a 2013 3.5 SL Altima that I thought I was going on a road trip when I bought the bra About a year and a half ago.
it turns out I left this year sixth of May 2019. The bra was new in the box although it had been a year and a half since I bought it, it was stored in an air-conditioned space in my home While the total price was $96, the fact that when I did put it on the car it literally came apart at the seams after about four days on the road really pissed me off.
I called carID today and they refused to do anything about it citing that it was past the warranty coverage Apparently LeBra is NOT a quality product… It came apart like a cheap shirt and literally beat my paint to death at highway speed’s. I had to pull into a convenience store in Idaho and borrow a pair of scissors to cut off all the pieces that were coming apart.
