CARiD - Refund? I don't think so......
I purchased a compressor for my shocks last October. It failed in less than 3 months.
They sent me another one. It failed in 3 months. After requesting a different verification of failure with every response and I produced every one, they said I would get $260 in refund. I was happy.
They said it was mailed, to the correct address, on July 18th. It still hasn't arrived. I complained and they want to deduct $25 to stop payment on the check. (I don't believe it was ever sent).
As of today, August 15th, they don't respond to me and I have not received a check. By the end of the week, I'm going to a lawyer.
Don't buy anything from these criminals.
